Bavarian is a processed meats manufacturer, subscribing to the philosophy that ‘only the best will do’.
We do not believe in using any substandard product and no unwanted products are used during our production process.
Only the finest South African sourced pork and German spices are used. We at Bavarian Cold Meats pride ourselves on the high standard of our products.
Built on Heritage
Our History.
Bavarian started manufacturing in 2007 for local in-store consumption but later realised the potential of our product and that there was limited quality available. Bavarian Cold Meats was formalised and moved into its own premises in 2013 looking to meet the demand for first-rate cold cuts
and meat products.
Growing from a small facility to a full-fledged factory expanding and utilizing every square meter available. We plan on expanding our facility further in the later part of 2019.

Bavarian has served clients from all walks of life, but they all have one thing in common, the desire to procure only the finest meat for themselves and their customers. Our clientele base has been steadily increasing.
