While we are a small group, the level of efficiency we’ve achieved has enabled us to compete with and take on bigger players in the industry.

Growing from a small facility to a full-fledged factory expanding and utilizing every square meter available. We have expanded our facility further in the early part of 2022.

ESTD. 2007

Bavarian started manufacturing in 2007 for local in-store consumption but later realised the potential of our product and that there was limited quality available. Bavarian Cold Meats was formalised and moved into its own premises in 2013 looking to meet the demand for first-rate cold cuts and meat products.

Authentically Made

We have managed to weather the storm of 2018 as our products contain no questionable ingredients that were identified.

 

Bavarian Cold Meats uses only the finest South African pork in our products.

 

Our spices are German sourced.
